Upflow Tech BoT Chairman, Members, Resign

Jimoh Abiodun, the chairman of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of Upflow Tech Social Club and other members have resigned from the club.

Their decision to step down, they explained, is due to circumstances beyond their control.

Other members in the group are; Roland Archibong, Babatunde Jimoh and Timothy John.

In a statement on Thursday, Jimoh said, “The board of trustees of Upflow Tech Social Club will like to announce the discontinuation and disbandment of the club.

“The following board of trustee members will cease to hold office and have resigned.

“The board of trustees of upflow capital will like to announce the discontinuation and disbandment of the club.

“This is due to circumstances beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding,” the statement added.
