Governor of Imo State and Director General of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), Hope Uzodimma, has approved the appointment of 16 directors to head key directorates of the organisation as part of efforts to strengthen its operational capacity ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The appointments were announced in a statement issued on Friday by the Director of Media and Publicity of the RHA, Tunde Rahman.

The RHA, an initiative designed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in November 2025, serves as a strategic platform to promote and communicate the policies, programmes and achievements of the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda across the country.

Uzodimma, who doubles as the National Coordinator of the body, said the appointments are aimed at enhancing organisational effectiveness and ensuring efficient dissemination of government initiatives at all levels.

The structure of the RHA includes high-ranking political figures, with Governor Uba Sani serving as Deputy Director General, Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya as Secretary, and James Abiodun Faleke as Deputy Secretary.

Further strengthening its nationwide reach, the organisation comprises six zonal coordinators, 37 state coordinators and 774 local government coordinators.

According to the statement, the newly appointed directors will oversee critical areas of the organisation’s operations.

Those appointed include Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi (Youth), Chief Olisa Metuh (Organisation and Mobilisation), and Tunde Rahman (Media and Publicity).

Also appointed are Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar (Support Groups), Ibrahim Garba (Intelligence), Senator Sani Musa (Special Duties), Hon. Simon Karu (Planning), Dr. Halima Suleiman Zakari (Welfare), and Dr. Nnamdi Maurice Mbaeri (Administration).

The list further includes Bilikisu Muhammed Kaika (Women Affairs), Abike Dabiri-Erewa (Diaspora), and Hadiza Bala Usman (Research and Innovation).

The statement emphasised that the appointments reflect a blend of political experience and professional expertise aimed at positioning the RHA as a formidable grassroots mobilisation structure.

It added that the directors are expected to immediately begin coordination within their respective directorates to align with the broader objectives of the Renewed Hope Agenda as the administration intensifies engagement with citizens nationwide.
