Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State has said that the group chairman, Oranto Atlas conglomerate, Prince Arthur Eze has remained unconquerable in the business, political and socio-cultural world even at 75.
Prince Eze, popularly known as Ozo Igbo Ndu in the South East for his philanthropic gesture, turns 75 today.
In felicitating with Eze, Uzodimma said he is convinced that the “birthday boy” in his characteristic nature will continue to serve God and humanity because doing so gives him joy.
A statement by Uzodimma’s chief press secretary and media adviser, Oguwike Nwachuku, he said the governor joins Prince Eze’s family, numerous friends and well-wishers to celebrate “this man of means and God’s gift from Ukpo village in Dunukofia local government area of Anambra State, whose heart has continued to drip milk of human kindness.”
Uzodimma said despite being an entrepreneur of note, business icon, astute politician and one of the few leading lights in Nigeria, Prince Eze has remained a humble personality, a detribalized and always willing to deploy his huge resources to help the needy and the less privileged in the society regardless of creed, ethnicity or sex.
The governor said Prince Eze, as an Officer of Federal Republic, is one of the few Nigerians who believe in the Nigerian project exemplified in equity, justice and fairness and demonstrates same by his keen interest in investing in the Nigerian and African economy for the sole aim of contributing to the development of the country in particular and the continent in general.
“By so doing, Prince Eze has contributed to the employment of many Nigerians and Africans and invariably, to the wellbeing of humanity across the national divide,” the governor noted.
