Vice Chancellor of the Cornerstone University and Seminary Jos, Professor Okafor C. Fred, has urged the graduating students of the Mahanaim Bible College and Seminary, Kaduna study centre to perform excellently locally, nationally and globally in their fields of endeavours.
He gave the charge in his convocation speech at the combined convocation ceremony of the seminary’s Kaduna study centre which is an affiliate of the Cornerstone University and Theological Serminary of Israel Jerusalem and USA.
The combined convocation had nine students graduating with first degrees and 17 others with Masters degrees in Theology, Christian Education, Religious studies, Leadership and Conflict management, Church administration,mission/ministry, pastoral studies and peace and conflict Resolutions.
He reminded the graduands that the institution was established in Kaduna with the aim of training and equipping ministers of God and Christian workers academically, spiritually and materially on non-denominational basis.
Earlier, the president of the study centre who also doubles as the president and Bishop of the Seat of God Ministry, His Lordship Bishop Ademola Tinuoye, said the maiden convocation after successful affiliation with Cornerstone University was indeed a dream come true.
