A renowned real estate company, Veritasi Homes, has denied recent fraudulent land grabbing accusations against it.

The real estate firm, which boasts of six-year track record for quality and transparency, in a statement sent to LEADERSHIP, said despite its “history of accolades, international credit ratings, N10bn Commercial Paper redemption, and recognition as one of Africa’s top 100 fastest-growing companies by Financial Times and Statista, we find it essential to clarify this matter.”

It alluded to an article, which surfaced, mentioning its CEO, Nola Adetola, in an alleged land dispute, insisting that the report was false and unfounded.

“We wish to categorically state that the accusations are false and baseless.

“We want to assert the legality of all our properties, including ITUNU projects. Veritasi Homes acquired these lands through a legal process, possessing all necessary documentation, including a government-approved Certificate of Occupancy, Consent clearance and survey where obtainable. We emphasize our commitment to credibility, innovation, and transparency, which is reflected not only in our words but also in our actions and the verifiable legal documents within our portfolio.
