VON, NADDC, NELMCO Bosses, Chinasa Anthony, Other Dignitaries To Grace Prince Dare’s Book Launch

A book by Prince Oluwadamilare Ifeanyi Adefioye, a renowned entertainment expert and Martell brand influencer, entitled ‘From Zero To Entrepreneur’, will be presented and launched on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, in Abuja.

The Chief Launcher for the event will be Chinasa Anthony (NASA), a philanthropist and entertainment financier.

The event, which will be held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, could mark the first time a book documenting entertainment struggles in Nigeria will be launched.

Also expected at the event are Mallam Jibrin Baba Ndace, Director General/CEO of Voice of Nigeria (VON), as the chairman of the occasion, and Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin, Director General of the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC), as the Special Guest of Honour.

Kehinde Adegbite (Mallam Yankee), chairman of The Switch Nightlife (The Jagaban of Entertainment), and Joseph Asuku Bello, Director General of the Nigeria Electricity Liability Management Company (NELMCO), will also be in attendance.

The Guest Speaker for the event is Eddie Madaki, with Ekpa Stanley Ekpa, an Abuja-based lawyer and leadership consultant, serving as the Book Reviewer.

Other notable figures such as Ayo Adeagbo (SSA to the President on Creative Economy), Chimdi Neliaku (Chair, Governance, Peace & Security Thematic Working Group, African Union Youth Reference Committee), Adnan Muktar (author and public affairs expert), Yetunde Gold (Special Assistant to the Speaker on Youths and Women), Titilope Gbadamosi (Special Adviser to the President on Youth Initiatives), and Barrister Omojo Wada (Co-Founder of CEOs Network Africa) will also be in attendance.

Other expected guests include Samson Davies, Chucks Iroche, Onoja Adole (Delphino), Adewumi Segun (Api Boy), Audu Wushishi, Tokunbo Ahmed, Mohammed Tijani, Kolade Succex, Abdul Bayero, Big Mo, Alexandra (Alexxia), Efe Ejere, Prof. Fiamari, OJ Wada, Ebewele Brown, Gabriel Bello, Chinonso Obidegwu, Zarah Doko, Nigba Fayose, Eyinnaya Okorie, Chiemeka Orji, Farouk Akinbola, Gozie Iwu, Charles Oronsaye, Jide Olumide, and David Lawal.

A statement issued in Abuja by the chairman of the Book Planning Committee for the book launch, Alli-Bob Cinwon, described the event as a “historic moment.”

The book draws from Adefioye’s extensive experience spanning over a decade.

In a recent media chat, Prince Dare, as he is popularly known, emphasised the importance of the book for anyone seeking deep insights and practical knowledge about Nigeria’s thriving entertainment industry. “From Zero to Entrepreneur” is designed to be an essential read for anyone looking to invest in Nigeria’s showbiz, music, and entertainment sectors, which have seen remarkable growth over the past three years, with the industry’s value rising significantly.

Prince Dare also highlighted his significant contributions to the entertainment and creative industries in Nigeria, noting that he has provided job opportunities for over 500 young individuals. He stated that the book is packed with practical advice, real-world examples, and actionable strategies, drawn from his rich experiences working with various talents and luxury brands in the sector.
