The weather is becoming something else. You know the traditional rules that tell you to take a certain amount of water a day? Well, trash that. I think you should know how your individual body functions and adjust that to your water intake. A few experts have even advocated for taking more water daily.

The reason I am saying this is because, people easily get dehydrated in this weather and then think they have malaria, headache etc. but sometimes it’s just dehydration! Drinking water regularly in this weather will make you feel better. It’s like water is the medicine for this heat. You do not have to reach for a paracetamol every time you have a headache, try drinking water and see how it works.
