We Shall Deliver 10m Votes To Obi/Kwankwaso Ticket, Says Suleiman

Deputy Director-General of the Obi/Kwankwaso Movement (OK Movement), Prince Abubakar Suleiman, has said the group will deliver 10 million votes to the joint presidential ticket of Mr Peter Obi and Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso in the 2027 general election.

Suleiman stated this in Michika, Adamawa State, yesterday while addressing key stakeholders of the movement.

He disclosed that the OK Movement has functional structures at the ward, local government area and state levels across the country, noting that it has built a formidable grassroots base in all six geopolitical zones.

According to him, the movement has mobilised Nigerians who believe in the Obi/Kwankwaso ticket’s capacity and integrity to rescue the country.

“The Obi/Kwankwaso ticket is the hope of the common Nigerian. We have done our mapping and mobilisation, and I can assure Nigerians that we shall deliver 10 million votes to this joint ticket. Our people are ready, our structures are ready,” he said.

Prince Suleiman also commended the movement’s Director General, John Ughulu, for his efforts to strengthen the movement across the country.

He described him as a dedicated and focused leader whose commitment and strategic leadership have given the movement national spread and credibility.

He further called on the leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to allow the movement to operate independently.

He clarified that the OK Movement is a body in its own right and not under the party’s direct leadership.

“We are appealing to the leadership of the NDC to allow the movement to stay as an independent support group. The OK Movement is a body in its own right and not under the party’s leadership. We are partners in progress working for the victory of the party, but we need our independence to function effectively,” he added.

He urged supporters to remain focused, peaceful, and committed to the mission of delivering victory for the Obi/Kwankwaso ticket in 2027.
