Executive Director of Operations, Olu Tee Engineering based in Houston, Texas, United States, Titilola Shawana, has revealed why companies should tackle pollution and waste management in the oil and gas industry.

Shawana, who is a Fellow of the Institute of Productivity and  Business Innovation Management (IPBIM), stated that the
industry’s evolving regulatory landscape, coupled with growing global concerns about environmental impact, highlighted the need for a structured and data-driven approach.

She added that this inspired her to create GreenFlow Audit  from the pressing need to bridge the gap between regulatory compliance, sustainability, and operational efficiency within the oil and gas industry.

Titilola Shawana, who was recently honoured with Distinguished International Membership Award by IPBIM, is a also a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRM) among others, has over 11 years of experience in the oil and gas servicing industry, specialising in integrated waste management, environmental services, civic and mechanical engineering, and dredging and marine logistics support.
