Former Germany national football team coach Joachim Low is reportedly in advanced discussions with the Ghana Football Association over the vacant Black Stars job.
The GFA are urgently seeking a replacement for Otto Addo, who was dismissed earlier this week, with the FIFA World Cup fast approaching.
Reports suggest Löw is open to a short-term deal covering the summer tournament and is willing to accept a reduced monthly salary of €150,000 to take charge.
The German tactician famously guided his country to victory at the 2014 FIFA World Cup and remained in charge until 2021. If appointed, he would be tasked with steering Ghana through a challenging group featuring England national football team, Croatia national football team, and Panama national football team.
