With the 2025 theme, “Building Bridges and Navigating Polarization” the firm says underscores the essential role of PR in fostering unity and meaningful dialogue.

In a statement marking the occasion, BOAPR Managing Director, Benedict Aguele emphasized that public relations today goes far beyond messaging. “It’s about empathy, connection, and creating space for diverse voices to be heard,” the agency said. “The real power of PR lies in its ability to bridge gaps and build common ground, even in the most challenging contexts.”

He affirmed BOAPR’s commitment to offering quality, innovative PR strategies that reflect global best practices while addressing local complexities. He said the agency’s work is rooted in values that promote understanding, collaboration, and clarity in communication.

“As we celebrate World PR Day, we renew our pledge to be architects of understanding. We remain dedicated to helping clients engage authentically and constructively, and to building bridges that connect people, ideas, and communities.”
