‘Yahoo Boy’ Kills Prostitute, Sets Hotel Ablaze In Delta

Delta State Police are on the trail of a suspected internet fraudster popularly referred to as “yahoo boy” for stabbing a commercial sex worker to death. The suspect, who is now at large, also set the hotel, where he murdered the lady, ablaze.

The incident became known when thick smoke from the room enveloped the area at Nnebisi road, Asaba. A source said, “We don’t know the man, we don’t know what happened, but the lady is dead. The man ran away after what he did. We need the police to help arrest the man so he can face the law.”

The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, (PPRO), DSP Bright Edafe, confirmed the development, assuring that the command is combing everywhere to arrest the murderer.
