Yobe APC Commends LG Boss Over Projects

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Damagum of Fune local government area of Yobe State, have commended the chairman of the local government, Hon Baba Goni Bade, for his developmental strides in the area especially the Solar Boreholes and health care facilities.

Speaking to journalists over the weekend, the Youth leader of APC in Fune local government, Hon Laddo Mashio, described the chairman’s dedication to rural transformation as unprecedented in the state’s history, assuring him of his people’s full support in his mission to reposition local government for sustainable growth.

Praising the progress of the Goni’s chairman emphasised its economic potential as a key driver of trade, tourism, and investment in the area.

He further urged residents to support the chairman and the government in ensuring the smooth execution of the project, stressing that infrastructure development is a collective responsibility that will benefit future generations.

Also speaking, senior liaison officer to Governor Mai Mala Buni Alhaji Shehu Ahmed Damagum, lauded the chairman’s bold strides in infrastructure development, particularly in the road network expansion across Fune LGA, as well as the upgrade of 150 boreholes to solar powered.

Shehu commended the state governor for his exemplary leadership style, nothing that his support to the council chairman also contributed largely to his excellent performance

Also, the state exco of APC, Hon Alhaji Ibrahim Daushe, described the chairman as a pragmatic leader who had performed creditably well in a short period of time.

He said that apart from the solar boreholes projects which the council boss has done for the interest of the people, his human capacity building programs also remained commendable.

According to him, the chairman has empowered many youths a d secured job for the council people, ensuring all-inclusive government in his regime.
