Your Allegations Against ADC, Coalition Stakeholders Unfounded, Chieftain Tells Kachikwu

A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) who was the party’s candidate for House of Representatives in Tarauni federal constituency in Kano during the 2023 general elections, Abdullahi Umar, has kicked against the former presidential candidate of the party, Mr Dumebi Kachikwu, describing him as an agent of destabilisation with an excessive delusional syndrome.

Umar’s statement was in response to Mr Kachikwu’s claims that the ADC members, particularly Atiku Abubakar and other party stakeholders, are bribing state chairmen to vacate their positions.

The statement reads, “Indeed, it has become obvious that Mr Kachikwu’s obsession with the ADC and the coalition’s downfall clearly shows he is working for the APC. How can someone make such spurious and unfounded allegations? The N20 million naira bribery allegations only existed in Mr Kachikwu’s imagination.”

He continued, “The ADC has officially suspended all political activities in honour of the late president, Muhammadu Buhari.

For flouting the ADC’s directive, it has reinforced what we’ve been saying about Mr Kachikwu’s role.
He is not a party man. He has zero electoral or political value.”

“Nigerians should decide their political destinies, which apparently, they’ve done so, by identifying and aligning with the opposition ADC. Not any worthless and selfish individual whose only antecedent is betrayal and lack of focus”.

“In fact, I shall personally sue Mr Kachikwu for such baseless allegations, character assassination and deliberate misinformation,” Umar said while calling on Nigerians to remain steadfast and support the ADC, in a bid to salvage the country and rescue it from sinking.
