Sinikiwe Kademaunga, a Zimbabwean motivational speaker and life coach who was born without limbs, is expecting another child with her husband Reuben.

Following the death of her first son who passed away shortly after pre-mature delivery, Sinikiwe made another pregnancy announcement on Wednesday via her official YouTube channel where she shared a video from her maternity photo shoot.

According to her, doctors had previously said she could only deliver a baby via caesarean section but she miraculously delivered her late son naturally.

In a YouTube video, she revealed she is a step mother, suggesting her husband has kid(s).
