10th NASS Inauguration: Obekpa Congratulates Rep Member, Philip Agbese

A Benue South All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain, Arc. Tony Obekpa who is the leader of the party in Owukpa, Ogbadibo LGA of Benue State has congratulated a House of Representatives Member, Hon. Philip Agbese on his inauguration as a member of the 10th National Assembly law makers.

Agbese has been declared winner of the Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency election in Benue State and is representing the people of the constituency in the Lower Chamber of the National Assembly.

The Chairman and owner of Shekina Glory Estate expressed confidence that with the UK trained Lawyer and Human Rights Activist in the Green Chamber, interest of his constituents in particular and Nigerians at large will be pursued and achieved through legislative functions and governance.

Obekpa in a statement on Tuesday noted that Hon Agbese joined the parliament at a crucial time when the nation needs youths and experienced legislators to move the Nigeria forward in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope’ agenda.

He urged Okanga (Hon Agbese) to justify the trust and confidence his constituents reposed in him as he takes oath of office today, June 13, 2023 while congratulating the Rep. Member on behalf of Owukpa Community in Ogbadibo LGA of Benue State where he (Obekpa) hails from.
