1st Black African, Remi Dairo, Inducted Into World Academy Of Productivity ScienceĀ

Remi Dairo, the Chief Operating Officer of Productivate Plus LLC, headquartered in Houston, Texas, has been inducted into the prestigious World of Academy Productivity Science.

Dairo is the first African and blackman who made the Fellowship out of the 13 inducted by the World Confederation of Productivity Science (WCPS) .

WCPS is the premier global body dedicated to the promotion and development of productivity towards achieving worldwide collaboration and sustainable growth.

The inductee said: ā€œI thank our global leaders for finding me worthy of this honour from Africa!”

The event, which took place on April 5, was attended by renowned productivity experts such as John Heap, Mike Dillon, Peter Watkins, Dr. Sunil Abrol Anita, and Leon Bian Thomas Tuttle.

Dairo is the president of the Institute of Productivity and Business Innovation Management (IPBIM), a distinguished African institution with global outreach.

The institution is in partnership with some of the world’s best institutions around the globe.

Dairo’s passion for a productive and innovative nation sparked up different brainstorming and strategy sessions with his team; researching into different dimensions towards solving Africa’s most daunting challenges; productivity and innovation in the contemporary realities, eventually the birth of the School of Productivity in 2007 with thousands of graduates all over the world and later got upgraded to Institute of Productivity and Business Innovation Management (IPBIM) in 2016.

Renowned as a Productivity Expert and UK Certified Life Coach, Dairo boasts a rich educational background, including a Diploma in Workplace Psychology and certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Over 15 years, he has spearheaded over 1,000 bespoke projects on coaching and workplace productivity strategies for an illustrious clientele, ranging from the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Amnesty programme to Fortune 500 companies like Walmart, Chevron, and Microsoft.

Dairo is also the principal consultant of Solvere Word Consult which in the space of 15 years he has completed up to 700 unique projects on coaching and workplace productivity strategies for a number of world class organizations such as; Federal Government of Nigeria’s Amnesty programme, Chevron, Total, WAPCO Lafarge, L.M ERICSON, Acaltel, Covenant University, Guaranty Trust Bank, Access Bank, First Bank of Nigeria, Etisalat, University of Ghana, Microsoft, Nairobi, Kenya amongst others.

His expertise has garnered international acclaim, with features in esteemed media outlets such as Channels Television, The Guardian, and Business Day. Dairo has been a distinguished voice from Africa at prestigious gatherings like the Nigeria/UK Diaspora Conference and the World Productivity Congress, where he was the sole African representative in Bahrain in 2017.

A distinguished alumnus of the University of Ibadan and the University of Lagos, Dairo has further honed his skills through specialized programs at institutions like the Copenhagen Business School and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He holds memberships in prominent professional bodies such as the Association of Productivity Specialists (USA) and the International Coaching Federation (USA), underscoring his commitment to excellence.

His books, ā€œProduct-Activity: 12 keys to unleash human performanceā€, ā€œWorkers Companionā€ and ā€œImproving Organisational Productivity; Defining Philosophy, Product, Process and ‘People with the 4k Productivity Method’ have been widely read and applied in the workplace globally. Dairo developed a Personal Productivity Program (PPP); a software that helps people to find their personal productivity capacity in life, business and careers

He has been a voice from Africa on issues of productivity and innovation at the Nigeria/UK Diaspora Conference in the United Kingdom and World Productivity Congress, Halifax, Canada and he was the only African who spoke at the World Productivity Congress held in Bahrain in 2017 amongst many other conferences within and outside the continent of Africa!
