The four finalists in this year’s Delta State FA Cup have been equipped with customised jerseys for Sunday game holding at Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.
The four finalists are Warri Wolves FC and Delta Marines FC for the males, while the female clubs are Delta Queens FC of Asaba and Delta Babes of Warri.
They are to showcase their strength of football in the state while the winners will be awarded a prize money of N1.5 million.

Addressing the teams while presenting the jersey, Chairman of the Competition Committee of the Delta State Football Association, (DFA), Steve Cole, thanked the  State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori for his unwavering commitment to sports development.
He also thanked all the participating teams for their dedication and passion for the sport.
Chairman of DFA, Ken Nwamuocha, urged the competition committee to maintain the high standard and ensure that the final on Sunday, at the Stephen Keshi Stadium leaves a lasting impression on all Deltans.
He commended the conduct of the clubs and their officials during this year’s state FA Cup playoffs.
Nwamuocha further expressed gratitude to sponsors such as Uche-Peg Enterprise, Rock of All Ages Group

of Schools, and Joeprecious Enterprises for their unwavering support and trust in the Delta FA.
He called on Deltans from all walks of life to come out in large numbers to watch and support this year’s finalists.
The Sunday showdown will commence at 1 pm with Delta Queens hosting Delta Babes, followed by Warri Wolves who will be locking horns with Delta Marines FC at 4 pm.
