The book is essentially a collection of essays written by 25 journalists, writers, and other persons from all walks of life.

The 25 writers are Richard Akinnola, Azu Ishiekwene, Garba Mohammed, Etim Etim, Donu Kogbara, Sadiq Abdullateef, Fatima Mamman-Daura, James Akpandem, Mustapha Ogunsakin, Dayo Akintobi, Dr. Wale Adeduro, Columba Ogah, Haruna Abdullahi, Temilade Okesanjo, Arukaino Umukoro, Olaolu Beckley, Jude Zoho, Vitalis Obidiaghaa, Seun Bisuga, Seyi Gesinde, Faith Dafe-Joseph, Muritala Ayinla, Abimbola Olaniyan, and Ibrahim Bature. Mr Jahman Anikulapo is the editorial consultant for the work.

The book periscopes the vice president’s public service since he was Special Adviser to the Attorney-General of the Federation in 1988 to date. Foreword was written by former Head of State, General Abudulsalami Abubakar.

According to Gowon, “How can anybody say that this government has not done anything? I know the efforts President Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo have put in to ensure the delivery of good governance at all levels and I commend him and the government.”

He said the book is a testament to Osinbajo’s commitment to service and unique approach to problem-solving from a young lawyer to vice president.

He said his contribution to the economy and passion for good governance and justice stands him out.

Gowon said the vice president’s key highlight is his leadership skills and collaborative leadership efforts which have made him achieve desired goals.

He said his qualities have made him a unique vice president across the world.

Gowon said Osinbajo is always at the forefront of different initiatives that have helped transform Nigeria. He said he has a passion for innovation and development of Nigeria and further noted that he is one of the most effective vice presidents.

He added that most initiative by the current administration reminds him of his effort geared towards establishing National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) to ensure that young Nigerians are mobilised to serve in different parts of the country as part of efforts to achieve real reconciliation, reconstruction and rehabilitation as well as reintegration after the Civil War.

He said the current administration has ensured that internally displaced persons (IDPs) are returned to their homes and living in good condition. He added that the federal government has also empowered many Nigerians via its social investment programmes.

President Muhammadu Buhari who was represented by the SGF Boss Mustapha described the vice president as a true patriot.

He said he has a seamless and one of the sweetest relationships as president and vice president.
