In the spirit of inclusiveness and democratic best practices, the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gombe State chapter, in consultation with the party leader in the state, Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has constituted a 21-man reconciliation committee to settle all the grievances that arose from the just concluded congresses and primaries.
According to a statement signed by the state’s party chairman, Hon. Nitte K. Amangal, the action is with a view to harmonise and unite members of our great party as well as resolve all seeming differences ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The committee has the deputy governor, Dr. Manassah Daniel Jatau, as chairman with special adviser (Political), Hon. Mohammed A. Bello as secretary.
Members if the committee are Hon. Ismaila Mu’azu Hassan, Alh. Salihu Baba Alkali, Barr. Gauis Achana Yaro, Alh. Abubakar Dantata and Alh. Kabiru Usman Kukan daka.
Others are Hon. Dasuki Jalo, Hon. Jani Adamu Bello, Hon.Dauda Batari, Hon. Zainab Alman, Alh. Haruna Mahdi Deba, Barr. Abdulkadir Yahaya and Mr. Samuel Obida.
Also to serve as members are DSP Ado Gabanni (rtd), Mr. Daniel Timothy, Alh. Bappa Kawu Hamma, Hajiya Salamatu Wambai, Hon. Habib Hassan, Alh. Sadiq S. Goro and Alh. Bashir Santuraki.
The Inauguration of the committee is scheduled take place today Wednesday June 29, 2022 by 2:00pm.
