At the twilight of his administration, former President Muhammadu Buhari conferred national honours on some distinguished Nigerians, among whom is Adekunle-Johnson.

Adekunle-Johnson is being conferred with the award of the Member of the Federal Republic (MFR), in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the development of the nation in particular and his impact on Nigeria’s MSME space over the past seven years.

“While we commend President Buhari for the honour and recognition done to the deserving awardees, the Nigeria MSME Stakeholders Forum, in a statement signed by Fetus Niyi, congratulated Adekunle- Johnson for the recognition and other feats attained in Nigeria’s MSME space.

“We assure you of our continuous prayers and best wishes in all of your future endeavours. The partnership you have built with key stakeholders in Nigeria’s MSME space will continue to flourish to the benefit of our economy,” the statement said.
