Delta State Police Command has invited a former commissioner for higher education, Prof Patrick Muoboghare, president general of Uwheru Kingdom in Ughelli North local government area.
The police invitation may not be unconnected with the internal crisis between the traditional ruler of the Uwheru Kingdom and some leaders in the area.
