Dr Giade argued that if left unchecked, social media platforms have the potency to fuel social decay.
Speaking while delivering a religious talk in Bauchi, Dr. Giade cited verses from the Holy Qur’an and Hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), stressing the importance of parental guidance.

He expressed concern over the corrosive influence of social media on young minds, citing instances of immorality.
