Aghahowa Backs Chelle To Succeed With Super Eagles

Former international, Julius Aghahowa, hopes Eric Chelle will make a positive impact with the Super Eagles as the national team new head coach.

The former Mali international was named substantive Super Eagles head coach this week.

Chelle’s appointment has divided opinions in the football space in Nigeria.

Aghahowa is however rooting for him to succeed with the three-time African champions.

“Hopefully, he’ll bring in a different kind of mentality,” Aghahowa told Brila FM.
