Some pro-Governor Uba Sani groups in Kaduna State have cautioned the former Governor Malam Nasir El-Rufai to stop distracting his successor.

The groups made their position known during a solidarity visit to Governor Sani in light of his recent political rift with El-Rufai, his immediate predecessor.

Speaking on behalf of the group, a youth leader of APC support groups, Hon Kalamu Waheed, who represented the chairman, said they will not fold their arms and “watch a disgruntled Mall Nasir El-Rufai trying to rock the boat in Kaduna State.”

Responding to the group, the special assistant to the governor on Support Groups, Hon Abdulsamad Chima Amadi, who received them on behalf of the governor, thanked the group for their support.

He assured them that no amount of pressure from undesirable elements would distract Governor Sani from the works he is doing in Kaduna State.
