Arewa Group Greets Bago At 51

Arewa Think Tank has expressed excitement as Niger State governor, Mohammed Umar Bago, marks his 51st  birthday, saying the occasion had exposed his achievements in less than two years in office.

ATT noted that the administration of Governor Bago had brought positive change to Niger State, as the state was undergoing a metamorphosis so profound that had never been witnessed since its creation in 1976.

Speaking with LEADERSHIP SUNDAY, the chief convener of ATT, Muhammad Alhaji Yakubu, described the governor as the master architect of a new dawn who is at the helm of a monumental transformation in Niger State.

He said Bago had indeed “walked the talk” and had relinquished the typical, overused and uninspired approach of a traditional politician in favour of a visionary reformer, meticulous builder and selfless servant of the people.
