The managing director of CHEC, Jason Wang, has felicitated with the Minister of Works, Engr David Umahi, on his emergence as the Silverbird Minister of the Year 2024.

Wang noted that the minister’s application to his duties won him the award.

He added that CHEC is gratified that in the lofty vision of the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Tinubu to unlock Nigeria’s economic potential, priority attention has been given to the works sector and appointed an astute and passionate Minister to supervise the Ministry in his determination to overhaul the road infrastructure architecture to stimulate this vision of economic regeneration.

“Today, the achievements you have recorded as the Honourable Minister of Works have stood you out in the comity of Honourable Ministers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“As we congratulate you, we pray for God’s abiding grace, wisdom, and enablement that you may make an unmatched difference in your mandate of delivering quality and enduring road infrastructure in Nigeria,” Wang said.
