Katsina Utd’s Management Sacked After 6-0 Defeat To Ikorodu City

The Katsina State government has announced the dissolution of the entire management committee of Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side, Katsina United, following their rescheduled matchday 31 defeat against Ikorodu City.

The committee’s disengagement was contained in a press release on Saturday.

The out-going executives have been urged hand over the club’s properties to the state’s permanent secretary ministry of sports.

Meanwhile, a two- man committee have been appointed to run the affairs of the club pending the appointment of a new management team.

“Katsina State government has relief the substantive management of Katsina United Fc from their duties following the Six goals defeat against Ikorodu City Fc on MD 31 of the ongoing league,” the statement reads.
