Minister Tasks Directors On Service Delivery

Minister of finance and cordinating minister of the economy Mr Wale Edun has asked directors in the ministry to expedite action on service delivery to meet the aspirations of Nigerians.

Speaking at a performance management retreat organised in Yola yesterday for the top management of the ministry, the minister said the expectations of government and Nigerians were higher than ever before as the ministry was committed to set a clear path with a measurable impact.

The minister assured Nigerians that his ministry was committed to doing all necessary to put the Nigerian economy on the right route for growth.

Earlier, Governor Ahmadu Fintiri challenged the federal government and the various states to summon the courage to subdue obstacles to business competitiveness in the country.
