The Kaduna male team bested the hosts, Jigawa, in the final with a score of 3-1, while their female counterparts also defeated Jigawa to claim gold. The Jigawa female team settled for silver, with Kano taking home the bronze.

Speaking on the achievement on Sunday, the Secretary of the Kaduna State Volleyball Association (KADSVA), Adamu Mohammed, commended both teams for their stellar performances and for bringing pride to the state.

“This championship, aimed at grassroots development in the North West region, served as an exciting opportunity for the KADA Team to shine.

The KADA Team won gold medals in both male and female categories,” he remarked.
He also praised the Chairman of the Kaduna State Volleyball Association, Engr. Musa Nimrod, and his board members for their support.
