The committee gave the approval on Tuesday at the budget hearing session with the management of RMAFC, led by its Chairman, Mohammed Shehu, at the National Assembly Complex in Abuja.

Presenting the budget earlier, Shehu said out of the N105.14 billion, the sum of N20.6 billion was allocated for personnel while N8.9 billion is projected for overhead.

The RMAFC boss said the sum of N75.5 billion, representing 71.8 per cent of the total budget was earmarked for capital expenditure.

He lauded the committee for championing the recent amendment of the RMAFC Act, saying it had positioned the commission to function better.
