Transcorp Hotels Post N22.4bn Pre-tax Profit For Q3

Transcorp Hotels Plc has released its unaudited results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, showing a profit before tax of N22.4 billion.

The Company’s results released on the Nigerian Exchange Limited showed an outstanding performance across key metrics.

Revenue grew by 49 per cent to N72.31 billion from N48.49 billion in Q3 2024. Cost of sales went up to N17.255 billion as against N14.156 billion in 2024, while gross profit stood at N55.058 billion from N34.330 billion in 2024.

Profit before tax rose 36 per cent to N22.4 billion, from N16.44 billion in Q3 2024. Net profit for the period amounted to N14.824 billion, higher than N10.240 billion in 2024, while earnings per share rose to N1.45 from N1.00 in 2024.

Also, gross profit margin expanded to 76 per cent, up from 71 per cent in Q3 2024.
