Nigerian representatives Nigeria Customs Service Volleyball Club and Kano Pillars Volleyball Club are among the 30 teams confirmed for the 47th African Men’s Club Volleyball Championship.

The 2026 tournament, organised by the Confederation of African Volleyball, will be held in Kigali, Rwanda. The host city is preparing for what organisers describe as a historic and record-breaking edition of the competition.

A total of 30 clubs from 17 African countries are set to converge on Kigali, marking the largest turnout in the championship’s history. The event continues to gain prominence as a premier platform for elite volleyball clubs across the continent to battle for continental supremacy.

Nigeria Customs and Kano Pillars will aim to make a strong impression against some of Africa’s top volleyball sides. The competition promises high-level action and fierce rivalries.
