Tinubu, Hamzat, Emergence Strong Demonstration Of, Trust – Bamigbade

National director-general of the Tinubu Ambo Support Group, Dr Seyi Bamigbade, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Lagos State deputy governor, Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, on their emergence as the presidential and governorship candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2027 general elections.

Bamigbade described the emergence of President Tinubu as a strong demonstration of the confidence and trust Nigerians continue to repose in his administration, noting that the President’s reform-driven leadership has continued to shape critical sectors of the economy.

The APC stalwart, in a statement, expressed optimism that a second term for President Tinubu would provide an opportunity to further consolidate on ongoing developmental initiatives, economic reforms, infrastructural expansion, and policies aimed at improving citizens’ welfare across the country.

He commended members and stakeholders of the APC for the peaceful, transparent, and orderly conduct during the party’s primary elections nationwide, saying the maturity displayed by party faithful reflects the strength and internal democratic culture of the ruling party.

According to him, the reforms being championed by the current administration are already laying a solid foundation for long-term economic stability, national growth, and improved living standards for Nigerians.

Bamigbade also extended his congratulations to Dr Hamzat on his emergence as the APC governorship candidate in Lagos State, describing him as a competent administrator, a seasoned technocrat, and a loyal public servant with the capacity to sustain the state’s developmental trajectory.

He stated that Hamzat’s emergence represents continuity of purposeful governance and progressive leadership in Lagos State, adding that his years of experience in government have adequately prepared him for the task ahead.

“Dr Hamzat has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment in the last seven years as Deputy Governor alongside Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. His deep understanding of the challenges and peculiar needs of Lagos residents positions him appropriately to provide practical and people-oriented solutions,” Bamigbade said.

He further assured that members of the Tinubu Ambo Support Group across the country would embark on massive grassroots mobilisation and strategic campaigns to ensure an overwhelming victory for both President Tinubu and Dr Hamzat in the 2027 general elections.

Bamigbade added that the support group remains committed to promoting the ideals of progressive governance, national unity, economic prosperity, and inclusive development under the leadership of the APC candidates.
