Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad has submitted a formal €10.5 million offer for Beşiktaş and Nigeria midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, According to Turkish sports daily Milliyet.
The bid could rise to €12.5 million with performance-related add-ons. Beşiktaş has not yet responded to the proposal and is awaiting input from newly appointed head coach Vincenzo Italiano, who will evaluate Ndidi’s fit in his tactical plans for the coming season.
Ndidi, 28, joined the Black Eagles from Leicester City last summer on a free transfer.
He made 31 Süper Lig appearances in his debut campaign, registering two goals and one assist.
A decision on the transfer is expected after Italiano completes his assessment of the squad.
