Apex northern socio-cultural organisation, Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) has said it was studying the acknowledgement by the former military president, Gen. Ibrahim Babangida, that M.K.O Abiola won the presidential election held on June 12, 1993.
IBB made the revelation at the launch of his autobiography, ‘A Journey In Service’, in Abuja on Thursday.
Speaking exclusively with LEADERSHIP Weekend in Kaduna yesterday, ACF spokesman, Prof. T.A Muhammad Baba, said the forum was studying IBB’s comment.
“No comment. We are studying the revelation IBB made over June 12, 1993 presidential election,” he said.
