Adams, Ejuke Nominated For La Liga African Player Award

Akor Adams and Chidera Ejuke have been shortlisted for the La Liga African Player of the Season award.

The Super Eagles duo will compete against 18 other African players for the honour.

Among the nominees are Iñaki Williams of Athletic Bilbao, Sevilla trio Pape Gueye, Thomas Partey and Nicolas Pépé, as well as Karl Etta Eyong of Levante.

This year’s edition, the fifth, will be held in Lagos, Nigeria.

Previous winners include Samuel Chukwueze and Yassine Bounou.

Fans across Africa will play a crucial role in deciding the winner through a voting process that combines public participation with expert assessment.
