Senate President Godswill Akpabio has congratulated the Super Eagles for securing the bronze medal at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.
In a statement issued to journalists yesterday in Abuja, Akpabio praised the national team for their resilience and impressive performance, particularly in their match against Egypt.
“On behalf of my family, my constituents and the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I extend my warmest congratulations to the Super Eagles on their outstanding achievement in winning the bronze medal at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations,” he said.
