For scaling both the national and state records in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME), scoring 353 in Science-oriented subjects, Master Kentimfon Charles Ndanyongmong, has won the heart of the chairman of his Itu local government area of Akwa Ibom State, Hon Ubong Ukutt.
The people of Itu LGA also expressed their joy, describing the feat as unprecedented in the history of the Council.
Congratulating Master Ndanyongmong, a student of Beulah International Secondary School, the chairman, on behalf of the government and people of Itu LGA, commended Ndanyongmong on his excellent performance in the examination.
“Kentimfon, your score of 353, is a remarkable feat that has brought pride to Itu and distinguished you among your peers.
“This achievement reflects your focus and strong academic prowess in the Sciences. I also recognise the efforts of your parents, Mr and Mrs Charles Ndanyongmong, for their guidance and support in nurturing this success.
“Itu is proud of you. Keep striving for greater accomplishments,” Ukutt stated.
