‎Ozonna Soludo, the musician and son of Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo, sparked conversation online after voicing his frustration over tech giant Apple’s annual hardware release cycle following the rollout of the iPhone 18.

‎Ozonna suggested that Apple should stretch major iPhone upgrades to every three years rather than releasing a new flagship device every year.

‎He questioned the necessity of annual iterations, arguing that extending the launch window would yield more meaningful feature advancements and provide better value to consumers.

‎Ozonna previously expressed disappointment with his iPhone 15 Pro Max, citing issues with camera performance and hinting at a potential switch to Samsung if hardware consistency isn’t addressed.

‎Many tech users echoed his sentiments, agreeing that annual smartphone updates often feature incremental spec bumps rather than substantial innovations.
