APC Attacks Won’t Stop PDP From Wining Kebbi Elections – Bello Haliru

Former national chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr Bello Haliru Mohammed, has said the molestation and constant attacks and arrest of party supporters by the All Progressives (APC) government in Kebbi State will not stop the opposition party from winning the governorship and state assembly elections on Saturday.

The PDP won the February 25, presidential and National Assembly elections in the state.

Dr Mohammed told journalists at his residence in Birnin Kebbi metropolis that the people of Kebbi and other states of the federation have lost confidence in the APC government at all levels. He said the present hardship in the country arising from the redesign of the naira, fuel scarcity and poverty were all caused by the present APC government.

The party chieftain said during the PDP government, money circulated everywhere and people were happy and they lived in peace with no attacks and abductions by the bandits and Boko Haram and called on the supporters of PDP to came out en-masse during the March 11 governorship and state assembly elections to vote out APC in Kebbi State.
