The delegation commended Adesanya-Davies for her distinguished service to the nation as an academic, politician, cleric, and stateswoman, noting her longstanding commitment to faith-based leadership, education, youth and women leadership drive and national development.

They said that Adesanya-Davies exemplifies the Forum’s core values of integrity, excellence, and service, adding that : ” As national matron, she will provide spiritual and moral guidance to the Forum, support its outreach to Christian leaders nationwide, and help advance its mission of promoting ethical governance and national unity.

Responding, Adesanya-Davies expressed gratitude for the honour and pledged to support NACLFON’s efforts to strengthen the voice of Christian leaders within the All Progressives Congress (APC) and across Nigeria.

She emphasised the importance of collaboration between faith and governance in building a just and prosperous nation.

Adesanya- Davies added that she would continue in her strides to remain a voice of truth, a voice of the voiceless and never just any party defender.
