The family of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Netanwe Yiltwada, has announced the funeral arrangements for his late mother, Nana Lydia Yilwatda Goshwe, who passed away at the age of 83.

According to a statement a viral invite on social media, the final burial rites will begin with a Service of Songs on Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Langfield Event Centre, Little Rayfield, Jos, Plateau State, by 3:00pm.

This will be followed by the Funeral Service on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the COCIN Headquarters Church, No. 1 Fidelis Tapgun Road, Jos, at 10:00am. The Final Interment will take place immediately afterwards at the Family Burial Ground in Kanke local government area of Plateau State.

In announcing her passing, the family described Nana Lydia as “a devoted mother, a pillar of faith, and a guiding light whose life touched many within and beyond her community.”

Sympathisers and political associates have continued to send in their condolences.
