Self-help and personal development coach Stephen Adedigba has outlined personal growth principles in his new book, THRIVE.

According to Adedigba, THRIVE, his fourth book, is a compelling roadmap for individuals seeking to rise beyond mediocrity and unlock their full potential.

Speaking yesterday about the book which will be launched at a public presentation in Ibadan, Oyo State today, Adedigba said his latest work explores the human transformation journey.

He said, “The book is divided into five chapters. THRIVE offers readers a structured path from complacency to intentional growth and purposeful living. The opening chapter, “The Stages to Thrive,” introduces the reader to the key phases of personal and professional evolution. In “Conquering Complacency,” the book’s second chapter, I tackle one of the most silent killers of progress—comfort.

In the third chapter, “Going Beyond Ordinary Life,” I urged readers to stretch beyond the average.
