LEADERSHIP gathered from the villagers that the bandits came on hundreds of motorcycles bearing sophisticated firearms including RPG .

A resident of Zurgurma, Malam  Mohammed Sani,  said: “We watched  from our hidden places, with houses  and gates  closed as they reigned supreme in our communities on long convoy of motorcycles.”

He said though they did not fire at them, the situation needed urgent attention while appealing  to security agencies to assist them  as  a matter of urgency to  take a proactive measures before any  attack was launched  on the community.

Another resident who preferred anonymity told LEADERSHIP that they invaded the community but they did not attack people except the police station as they blocked New Bussa-Mokwa Highway forcing motorists to turn back.
