As the administration of Governor Umo Eno, continues to open and expand Akwa Ibom State for business and tourism, investors in real estate have been cautioned to be wary of fraudsters posing as land and property agents.

A certified Estate company, PWAN Ruby, explained that the warning became necessary as the biting economy has given way to various unlicensed agents to cash in and defraud unsuspecting investors.

He has assured residents and investors in real estate of seamless land acquisition and documentation in Akwa Ibom State.

Addressing journalists in Uyo, the state capital after allocating land to 28 beneficiaries at the Pavilion Palace Estate (PPE), located at Ifa Ikot Abia community within the Uyo metropolis, the chief executive officer (CEO) of the company, Bright Ezebuiro, urged intended land and house owners to seize the opportunity to own the property.

He assured of a seamless process of getting portions allocated in the estate, explaining that the slogan of the company, “Own Your Land Today, Get Allocated Tomorrow”, is not just a promise but  a reality, assuring that intended land owners would secure documents of their property immediately without delay.

He said: “Imagine buying land today and receiving your allocation the very next day! Pavilion Palace Estate, located at Ifa Ikot Abia Ntuen, Etoi Clan, Uyo, is not just a promise, it’s a reality.
