Rivers State governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The governor announced his defection at a stakeholders meeting held at the Government House in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.
Recall that Fubara was one of the state governors who met with President Bola Tinubu behind closed-door at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja on Monday.
