Buni Mourns Gimba, Promises Justice For Ammi

Yobe State governor, Mai Mala Buni, has condoled with the families of Alhaji Gimba Ahmed, Adamu Mamman and Idris Zanwa over the death of Hajiya Hamsatu, Ammi and Fatima respectively.

Governor Buni described their death as a very sad loss to their families, communities and the state.

“As Muslims, we are consoled with the faith that it was their appointed time as decreed by Almighty Allah, our creator.”

Buni described Hajiya Hamsatu as a disciplinarian and grandmother who instilled great discipline in her family and community.

“She would be missed for her excellent parenting, wise counselling and as an ambassador of peace and peaceful coexistence in the community,” Gov. Buni said.

Similarly, Governor Buni has condoled with the family of Ammi Adamu Mamman, who died in mysterious circumstances and was buried yesterday.

Buni prayed to Allah to grant her soul eternal rest. “May Allah forgive her shortcomings, grant her Aljannatu firdaus, and to her loved ones, the fortitude to bear the loss.”

The governor emphasized his call on security agencies to unravel every detail surrounding the circumstances of her death.

He assured that anyone involved in her death would face the full wrath of the law saying, “no one involved would be spared from facing the dictates of the law.”

In the same vein, Governor Buni has condoled the family of late Fatima Idris Zanwa.

The governor prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her Aljannatu firdausi.
