Sokoto State director of Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), Malam Nasiru Muhammad Dan-Dikko, has called on newly-elected public officers to obtain their asset declaration forms before their resumption of office.

Malam Dan-Dikko disclosed that the bureau was set to distribute reminder letters to the office of the chief judge of the state on when and how to get and submit their form.

According to him, “We just got a memo from our Abuja office on how and when to get the form to newly-elected politicians. We are writing a letter to the chief judge of the state to remind the newly-elected public officers on how to get the form.

“They must ensure they get the form and submit before they can be administered with the oath of office. None of them will be allowed to take oath of office without filling and submitting their asset declaration forms.”
