Dembele Jokes He Would Share 2026 Ballon d’Or With Kvaratskhelia

Paris Saint-Germain winger Ousmane Dembele has joked that he would love to share the 2026 Ballon d’Or with his PSG teammate, Kvicha Kvaratskhelia.

In an interview with BBC Sport, Dembele described Kvaratskhelia as a “dazzling and incredible” player who has proven himself.

Both PSG forwards have been included in the 30-man shortlist for the 2026 Ballon d’Or.

Kvaratskhelia and Dembele also both won the Ligue 1 title and the Champions League during the year under review.

Dembele has now offered an amusing compromise to ensure neither PSG star leaves the upcoming ceremony feeling disappointed.

“The Ballon d’Or? We’ll just cut it in half,” he said.
